Hedy Lamarr - How do we love thee let us count the ways.

Hedy Lamarr was, in every sense of the word, a superstar.  She was a groundbreaking actress, a libertine, a bon vivant, a marvelously inteligent woman who during her lifetime had six husbands.

She was the co-inventor of the frquency swithching technology that we still use in mobile phones and wireless internet today.  She was the first actress to appear completely nude in a main stream feature. The film was a Czech production made in 1933 entitled Ecstacy.

Aside from all the groundbreaking pioneering work she did in the area of motion pictures and her work in spread frequency radio she was incredibly hot.  She was once referred to as the World's Most Beautiful Woman and not without cause.

Ecstacy was not only the first mainstream movie to feature complete nudity it also featured Lamarr depicting the first female Orgasm committed to film.  It was rumoured the Orgasm it portrayted was not simulated - a rumour Lamarr did nothing to dispell.

Upon moving to Hollywood she became a sensation being cast as the seductress more often than not.

Hedy Lamarr died in 2000 of natural causes.
